Md. Sanowar Hossain

Md. Sanowar Hossain’s journey is a story of roots, resilience, and responsibility—deeply connected to the soil and people of Bangladesh. Born on 30th December 1976 in Pabna, a region known for its agricultural heritage, he grew up watching farmers work tirelessly to produce food, often without receiving fair value for their effort. Those early lessons quietly shaped his values—honesty, hard work, and respect for food as more than just a commodity.

He completed his Honours and Master’s degrees from Pabna Edward Government College, where his academic journey strengthened his discipline and vision. He began his professional career in marketing, learning directly from the field—speaking with people, understanding real needs, and realizing how trust shapes every buying decision.

His dedication later took him to the corporate manufacturing world, where he rose to become a Senior Merchandiser at Meghna Group. There, he gained hands-on experience in large-scale operations, sourcing, quality control, and supply chain management. Yet, despite corporate success, one question stayed with him: Why is it so hard for families to access pure, honest food—while farmers struggle to earn fair returns?

That question became the seed of Amader™. As Co-Founder, he helped build Amader™ not just as a business, but as a purpose-driven movement—connecting farmers, producers, and consumers through trust and transparency. Today, he focuses on operations, sourcing, vendor relationships, and product quality, ensuring every Amader™ product reflects honesty from farm to family table.
